As a user of SlotArena, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making a booking.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and be responsible for all activity under your account.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform's functionality.
• Comply with all venue-specific rules, including timing, conduct, and equipment guidelines.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings made through SlotArena are subject to availability. When you book a slot, you enter into an agreement with the venue operator, with SlotArena acting as the facilitating platform.

• Prices displayed on the platform are set by venue operators and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We support UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.
• SlotArena is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect payment information provided by the user.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies may vary by venue. Please review the specific cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking.

• Cancellations made within the permitted window are eligible for a refund.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may not qualify for a refund.
• Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the SlotArena platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, design, text, graphics, software, and user interface — is the intellectual property of SlotArena and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from SlotArena.

6. Limitation of Liability

SlotArena acts as a marketplace connecting users with venue operators. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• SlotArena is not responsible for the quality, safety, or condition of any venue listed on the platform.
• We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or as a result of using a booked venue.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.
• SlotArena does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
