This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a service that you have purchased through the Platform.
Under this policy, all confirmed bookings are final. Once a booking is successfully placed and paid for on the Platform, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
If a payment is deducted but the booking is not successfully confirmed due to a technical issue, such transaction is treated as a failed booking and not as a confirmed booking. In such cases, the amount is reversed by the payment provider as per their settlement timelines.
